Q4. Do I have to be home for the pickup and delivery?
It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your clothes. If you are in a doorman/concierge building you can easily leave it at the front desk and we will pickup and deliver back that same way.
Q5. How do I pay for my laundry order?
During sign up process, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. We will use your card on file for all transactions. All American Laundry (AML) applies highest security standards to make your experience convenient and reliable. Once you enter and save your credit card information through the app, AML can only see the last 4 digits of your credit card. The rest is encrypted for extra added security. AML does not share your credit card information with anyone.
Q6. What is the damaged garment policy?
Everything in all of our processing facilities is recorded, We can follow your orders from start to finish. If, in a “rare instance” you find a damaged item in your order, please call our customer service as soon as possible. We will fully investigate and If it is determined that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, will work out a agreeable solution. If a payment for damaged items is agreed we will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
Q7. How do I include a special note with my order?
Its always Best to leave a written note inside your drop off bag(s). You can also Use Your Account profile tab on our app to make changes at any time, or send a special request. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders.

All American Laundry (AML) respects your privacy. Across our business, we will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to provide service and support, and share service and company news and offerings with you. We DO NOT sell your personal information. We DO NOT share your personal data. We strive to ensure that every customer experience is safe and secure.
Q9. What should I do if I have a problem with my Laundry / cleaning upon delivery?
Rarely do we have issues but should there be an issue with your service, call the store immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts. Your Satisfaction is always Guaranteed so we will do our best to resolve any situation that may arise. Its our Job to keep you Happy 🙂

Our main corporate office which handles all client relations is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone), Excluding holidays.
